Vintage Games by Nonprofits and Churches

The Bristol Corndog Festival wishes to support local organizations while providing a family-friendly event. Nonprofit organizations and local churches are asked to provide a FREE vintage game carnival booth.

Organizations are responsible for creating the game, staffing their booth, and providing prizes for winners. You may promote your organization and ask for donations.

Release and Hold Harmless

I hereby release Bristol On The River, festival organizers, and volunteers of any responsibility for injury, loss, theft or damage to myself or my property or caused by any item I sell or service I provide.

I acknowledge and agree that I may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. These images and videos may be used by the Bristol Corndog Festival and festival organizers in print, digital, and social media without compensation.

As a vendor, I agree to abide by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures set forth in this Application and as directed by the festival staff. I understand that any violation or the rules or failure to cooperate will result in my removal from the festival and a forfeiture of all paid fees.
